All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

During product launches, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We may offer free shipping on qualifying orders during special promotions.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after your order has shipped:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available)

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or high shipping volume.

Tracking Orders

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Kuddahville is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly. We’ll gladly assist you whenever possible.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges due to incorrect addresses.
